The Harbor (p26) "The Harbor and the salt water lagoon running north and south divides Deer Harbor Hamlet through its center and is its most prominent feature." |

Referring to parts of the Connors' estate which surround the estuary the Deer Harbor Hamlet Comprehensive Plan recognizes The Plan (p85) "The results of these efforts have evolved into a resource which is agricultural, educational, historical, cultural, permacultural, limited commercial, residential, environmental combination of compatible future and existing land uses unique to San Juan County." |
